1 container (18 ounces) of refrigerated fully-cooked shredded beef in barbecue sauce4 individual pre-baked pizza crusts (7-inch diameter)1 cup of cream cheese, softened1 can (4 ounces) of diced mild green chilies, drained1/2 cup of short thin red bell pepper strips and 1 cup of shredded Monterey Jack cheese Heat the oven to 400 degrees. Place the pizza crusts on an un-greased large baking sheet.Spread 2 tablespoons of cream cheese on each crust. Spoon the shredded barbecue beef evenly onto the crusts. 6 flour tortillas1 cup of grated cheese1 cup of refried beans 1 cup of cubed roast chicken 1 cup of frozen corn 1 cup of chopped red pepper, onion and zucchini1 tomato ½ cup of Diana’s BBQ sauce Put a large non-stick fry pan on medium heat and spread some refried beans on one side of the 2 tortillas.Sprinkle the cubed vegetables and chicken lightly around the tortilla, leaving an 1" edge. Sprinkle the cheese over the top, right to the edge and drizzle a little BBQ sauce lightly on top.Top with the other tortilla and press down with your hand, and pinch down around the edges with your fingers , covering the pan helps keep the heat in and cooks the centre more evenly. When it’s a nice golden colour, flip the quesadilla over and cook other side....

1 sleeve of soda crackers1 cup of butter1 cup of brown sugar1/3 cup of almond slices and 1 ½ cup of chocolate chips Cover the cookie sheet with aluminum foil then cover the cookie sheet with crackers and set aside.Melt the butter in the sauce pan, and then add the sugar and stir to bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes then pour over the crackers. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Take out of the oven and pour the chocolate chips over evenly; wait 1 minute and spread with a spatula. Sprinkle with almonds. Refrigerate for 2 hours and break into pieces....
